This is a private, detached Villa with large grounds. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 10m-luxury pool and the orange/lemon orchard to the side of pool. It is located in an area of luxury detached Spanish houses on the outskirts of Isla Cristina, mostly owned by local professionals. It is only a ten minute drive to the Atlantic beaches and three minutes Isla Cristina town
The villa has spacious accommodation with a particularly large lounge and modern kitchen. It has two comfortable double rooms with double beds and a 'family room' with two long bunk-beds which will sleep four people. The property has both air conditioning and central heating, making it perfect for use at any time of the year.
The area in which the villa is situated is adjacent to a tiny village known as 'Pozo del Camino', (The well on the way). There are shops within easy walking distance and bars in Pozo del Camino. There is a very good restaurant about 12min walk away and a large choice of restaurants and supermarkets in Isla Cristina itself.
To enter Isla Cristina you drive over a causeway with salt flats to either side, then passing over a bridge with extremely picturesque, colourful fishing boats to either side. This is a natural harbour for the local fishing industry, whose catch is highly sought throughout Spain. Fresh seafood can be purchased at the quayside and in the local market.

DISABLED USE: The house itself seems to be wheelchair accessible as it is on the same level as the parking area. However, there is a step up into the house. The pool does have steps down to it as it is at a lower level. The house has NOT been checked for disabled usage by an expert. I would be happy to discuss this aspect with prospective clients. |
